Once you decide that you would like to Part Exchange your property for a Harlor Home and we have established that your property meets the Harlor Group criteria then it can be a quick and easy way of purchasing the home of your dreams...
1. The Sales Executive will complete an Initial detail form and forward to Head Office.
2. The Sales Manager will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time to look at your property and discuss potential marketing price in more detail.
3. If an offer is made and acceptable to you, the offer will be put in writing and you can go along to the Sales Office to complete the Reservation Forms.
4. Upon receipt of a satisfactory Homebuyers Report, we will forward an offer for your property within 10 days.
Once the offer has been accepted, a ‘For Sale’ board will be erected and viewings will be made at your convenience.
